THE PERFECT YSL TOY LOULOU!! (my only Saint Laurent bag)

I'm unboxing a YSL bag for the first time in about 4 years!! The last YSL bag I sold, was the LouLou Puffer and that was back in 2019. This is the only YSL bag in my collection (for now).

I bought this baby before the price increase..had I known they would double in price I would have bought 3.I wear it like everyday..it’s a perfect everyday bag..and I have not babied it..it’s been in rain..all over the place and she still looks new 3 years later

I have that exact same all black Toy Loulou. It was actually my first luxury bag, 3 years ago. For a dressier look, I add a short chunky chain to mine and wear it top handle

I wish that bag had a dressier strap, some chain woven in because the leather strap makes it feel too casual for a going out dressy look-I have the YSL croc medium Kate bag, and that’s my going out bag. But I love this bag and how squishy it looks, just wish there was a chain strap.

Omg I commented before you started talking about the strap, we’re on the same page with the strap situation. But it’s going to be hard, I feel, finding a quality chain. Saint laurent should offer a chain strap with that bag, I’m unsure why they didn’t. You know how the Gucci Marmont had the leather portion at the top of their chain strap…that would be the ideal solution. I want the Gucci Marmont Black on Black hardware which is Guccis new release, it’s sooooo pretty and perfectly sized because rectangle shaped bags provide more room.

I have the same bag but the older version in burgundy with gold hardware and a pocket on the divider. It's soooo practical. Definitely my fave bag. Never use the strap that came with it though. I use a wide Michael Kors bag strap and/or a metal chain that I got from Amazon.
