Too bad reversing video, changing audio speed, cropping image, all that bullshit, none of it foes anything to avoid copyright claims. All it does is piss people off and make them not want to watch the content. I say this mostly to complain about all those videos you see out on KZbin, not for this channel specifically. Just going on about the 20ish year old kids who fuck up video clips to "avoid copyright" and write that long winded bullshit in descriptions saying "not mine, I don't own it, no copyright intended, this is legal under fair use" etc etc even though none of that shit matters at all and 'fair use' doesn't make uploading even 1 second of footage legal. Fair Use is a legal defense to be used 'after' you're being sued for copyright infringement, your lawyer claims that whatever you did falls under Fair Use and as such should not be punishable. Then the Judge decides whether or not they want to let you go, or if they are going to charge you with the crime. This is something people, even little kids, REALLY need to understand. People really need to understand that Fair Use is not a law at all and it does not protect you from ANYTHING. All it is, is a way to possibly prevent you from being charged with the infringement after whoever has decided to take you to court for infringing upon their rights... Ugh.. thank you for sticking through all that unnecessary and pointless babbling and rambling.. I hope that you learned something valuable through all of my bullshit... Tl;dr - talking about reversing footage made me ramble on about Fair Use. Fair Use is not a law and does not prevent you from being sued, only defends you in a court of law to hopefully get the Judge to drop the infringement charges against you...

I disagree. Iroh was always a more righteous man than his brother Ozai. Yes, he fought in the war, but he didn't do so out of cruelty, I think he truly believed the stories he heard about the fire nation bringing prosperity to the world. If Iroh's son hadn't died, Ozai would have had no justification to get Iroh disinherited, and Iroh would have been the firelord instead of Ozai. Firelord Iroh would have been a way better man, and probably an ally of the avatar. Remember, he saved Ran and Shah before his son died. He was always a good person.

The Iroh scene is so impactful because of how all the following reasons. 1.) The writing on the picture translates to: "To General Iroh: See you after we win the war. Your loyal son, Lu Ten" 2.) The whole story of Iroh losing his son on its own is tragic. Iroh is literally sitting at the spot where his Son died outside of the city walls. Not only that but he was the General in charge of the siege and so he feels even more responsible. 3.) The face in the picture is actually what Mako (Iroh's voice actor) looked like when he was young. 4.) The voice actor knew this would be his last performance so it made the crying through the singing oh so much more real.

I love how the only "filler" episode in this show still manages to pull out some great character development, heartfelt moments and show off so much worldbuilding by just showing scenes from daily life in Ba Sing Se.

Toph doesn’t care about her look... BECAUSE SHES BLIND
@jamersbazuka80554 жыл бұрын
Just because she can't see doesn't mean she doesn't care how others see her.
@galaxeonart93384 жыл бұрын
That’s what I thought at first, thinking about her as a girl forced into things like make up and doing her hair. But then I thought about how alone she must have been. Earth bending competitively probably didn’t let her meet many other girls nor was being isolated from everyone to the point others didn’t know she existed. Either way Toph doesn’t fit the mold blind or not. Those girls hurt her by bringing that feeling of isolation back. I could be wrong it’s been a long time since I watched the episode.
@dripdoriya17074 жыл бұрын
Galaxion Art She wasn’t forced she was persuaded to. And she ended up liking it. But then people made fun of her and it kinda upset her but she said one of the good things about being blind is that she doesn’t have to worry about her appearance and she doesn’t need anyone’s approval. Then Katara told her she was pretty and Toph could sense she wasn’t lying so she was happy. It’s a great story ngl

I really love this animated series. In fact, this episode gave me a happy childhood and I even in adulthood, can easily revise and say that's cool. He made me really believe in the characters and not without interest to follow every season. Yes of course there were boring and controversial moments, but I think that the Avatar is one of the best animated series that just came out
