Islam is easy and has made it easy for is followers. Shubhah is different from not knowing. Shubhah is when we know, and it puts us in a doubtful matter. That’s when we are told to leave it. To avoid any further damage upon ourselves, our religion and our faith.
حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةُ وَالدَّمُ وَلَحْمُ الْخِنْزِيرِ وَمَا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ
Prohibited to you are dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allah
[Al-Maidah 5:3]
يٰۤاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اِنَّمَا الۡخَمۡرُ وَالۡمَيۡسِرُ وَالۡاَنۡصَابُ وَالۡاَزۡلَامُ رِجۡسٌ مِّنۡ عَمَلِ الشَّيۡطٰنِ فَاجۡتَنِبُوۡهُ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُوۡنَ
Believers! Intoxicants, games of chance, idolatrous sacrifices at altars, and divining arrows108 are all abominations, the handiwork of Satan. So turn wholly away from it that you may attain to true success.
[Al-Maidah 5:90]
