In today's video I go explore THE PERU THEY NEVER SHOW YOU 🇵🇪 The journey starts in the outskirts of Cusco where I catch a ride to the andean village Huancarani, where we support the local businesses and eat potato stew kind of thing, I still ask myself what did I eat?
After lunch we hop on a chilly but beautiful motorbike ride down the vally to aanother village called Paucartambo, which might be Peru's most beautiful village. Thanks for watching, enjoy the video.

The mix of bread w other foods is to keep you full, not much though into the flavors 😅. Bread, rice and potatoes allow them to reduce the hunger. Sometimes there’s not enough money to have much meat.

@@kimseokjin5387 es cuention de verlos, los adinos originarios son feísimos, y aquí esta el mejor ejemplo, aunque el muchacho danés no es guapo ni un modelo, a comparación de ellos es un dios nórdico. Alto (1.80), rasgos finos y cuerpo estilizado y proporcionado. Y el color de piel tb. Los originarios peruanos son color kakitaa y el europeo no. Da gracias que los españoles os conquistaron y les mejoraron la r.@.z. @ o sino serías todos como esos andinos feos y bajitos/enanos (1.50)

Hola, lo que almorzaste era arroz blanco con picante de ollucos (esas pequeñas papas amarillas alargadas que se cortan en bastones y se hacen en un guiso con carne de res, charqui o carne deshidratada, pollo, o incluso carne vegetariana, un poco de papas en cubos y hierbas aromáticas como cilantro y perejil) y un poco de guiso de yuyos (esa hierba parecida a la espinaca se llama yuyo, es una planta parecida a la acelga que se consume mucho en los Andes del Perú, en el sur sobretodo, a mi en lo personal no me gusta por su sabor, ya que es más fuerte que el de las espinacas, pero es muy nutritivo en fibra, hierro y sobretodo vitamina K y D, como también tiamina y niacina). El guiso de yuyo también suele acompañarse con un estofado de cordero (una delicia, espero que pruebes ese platillo), spaghetti casero (en un sitio cercano al Cuzco hay una ciudad llamada Abancay, dónde se hacentaron algunos migrantes italianos y pusieron fábricas de spaghetti caseros, como también de quesos tipo parmesano y algunas frutas como la frutilla o blackberrys) con salsa de tomate y una especie de graminea parecido a los frijoles llamado "tarwi" (es más agradable que los frijoles, su sabor recuerda al queso y se hace un guiso con estos, con papas, es muy bueno también). Ah, y no te olvides de probar la "pizza andina". Saludos.

Otra cosa es la limpieza de las calles que eso sí depende de los municipios, un gran ejemplo el cercado de Lima es un gran ejemplo de abando por parte del alcalde, todo sucio. Pero las obras grandes obras, y manteniendo de patrimonio histórico cultural son dependencias del MEF y M. Cultura. Y del congreso que tanto se jacta de que su función es legislar pero no hacen ni M.

Nabo is turnip. Yuyo is just like a wild plant. Olluquito or olluco is the little potatoes. Also in Peru we call fields/farms chacras. Chacra can also be an adjective for something thats beat up.
