@Pete and Sebastian, I hope one of you guys reads this. Because I want you to know how much I appreciate this show. I'm from NJ so I automatically feel like I can relate to everythingyou guys talk about but here's the important part. I am a stay at home Mom with a 6 year old autistic completely non-verbal son. I worked my whole life I married the love of my life who is a truck driver and gone log hours...So you can imagine it can be boring, lonely, and depressing some days. Not to mention the state of the country and how much political content I watch daily.... BUT YOUR SHOW LITERALLY HAS ME LAUGHING OUT LOUD the entire hour. It is such a beautiful break up of my day to day because your show is so unique. The funny and ridiculous topics you guys discuss are obviously the types of things that people think about in their head but tend to not say out loud. This format you guys have come up with is so perfect and I LOVE LOVE LOVE It! There are days where I see a nw video from you guys and it changes my whole day. I just want to say thank you! It's such a great show and a welcome break from the daily chaos.

Yes Pete, you can get in trouble for accidentally hitting someone with your car on your property. It’s called involuntary manslaughter as well as reckless endangerment. Doesn’t matter if they were on your property or not. The only way I can think that you wouldn’t be in trouble is if they were attacking you on your property, and you attacked in self defense.
@cbwavy2 жыл бұрын
You can definitely go to jail for accidentally killing someone, it's called manslaughter
@gladtidings60202 жыл бұрын
Actually it’s called “involuntary” manslaughter.
@calistafalcontail2 жыл бұрын
I dont know weird US laws but manslaughter needs intention or being under the influence behind it, where I come from. Otherwise its an accident. Someone running into your cars way while you drive is not your fault and it wasnt your intention to harm anyone. I had a friend whos brother got hit while he was trying to get over the street and the lights were red for him. Got hit, got killed...the lady in the car didnt went to jail of course even though she accidentally killed him...but he messed up.
@TheMajor84782 жыл бұрын
Which is still a harsh name for it. Manslaughter sounds worse than murder to me. If I didn't know the difference and someone asked which one sounds worse by title alone, I would definitely say slaughter sounds worse lol

Guys. These are hypotheticals, to drum up conversation for potential hilarious comedy. So there's no need to debate here. Just laughs people, we are just discussing laughs. Let's do better as commenters in 2023
@nunyabizwacks67112 жыл бұрын
@@calistafalcontail it all depends on how it plays out in court, and it never ends up being black and white as you think. You could be truly innocent of any deliberate wrongdoing, but theres gonna be some lawyer there making it their mission to prove you were negligent in some way, and ppl go to prison for true accidents all the time. Thats why fkn dummies in this country need to be more careful driving. Its just by pure luck and odds that things like this dont happen to more ppl. Driving as absolutely safe as you can is dangerous enough. People get detached from the fact they are literally risking their lives every single day they get behind the wheel of a vehicle, going to work or whatever it is.

You can't legally kill someone on your driveway even by accident because you wanted to be careless and not look. But, what if someone's dog is behind your car or their cat and you can't see them? Popes hat is called mitre, also spelled miter. As pope, the pontiff does not own anything. He has custodianship of the church’s fortune during his reign. The Codex Vaticanus “is rightly considered to be the oldest extant copy of the Bible” The Codex is named after it’s place of conservation in the Vatican Library, where it has been kept since at least the 15th century. In answer to your Pope questions. You got me curious, so I looked it up. Thought I’d share. Love the show! The format is so cool, feels like I’m a fly on the wall to a very funny and thought provoking conversation between awesomely funny guys. Love the way you make each other see things in a different light. So glad Sebastian made Pete reconsider speeding out the driveway without looking. His daughter could wander out to the driveway to wave bye to daddy and something unthinkable happen. As soon as you get behind the wheel it’s your responsibility to always look at everything around you. Your the one in control of a machine that can, will, and does kill. It’s a major responsibility that needs to be taken seriously by everybody all the time everywhere you are. Even or especially on your property that’s where your most loved ones live and wander about. Love you guys!
