Pete is an awesome listener and second to none conversationalist. Sebastian must stop being a verbal narcissist toward Pete. Sebastian vocabulary is retarded as his knowledge of fitness/wellness. As a trainer, it baffles the mind that Seb hasn't been informed. Sleep is interrupted with alcohol use: 11 days & he's Braggadocious? The use of the word retarded is not old-school. However, let us recall Seb is also on a journey to increase his vocabulary so that he sounds like he's educated. What happened to the increased word-power journey? He still sounds narcissistic, crass & undereducated. Sebastian Says he's on a wellness journey, however, he doesn't seem to realize that wellness means mind and body. They work in tandem for a homeostatic equilibrium. Thoughts become things. His thoughts are benign.

He needs to stop with the cortisone. It doesn’t “heal” the problem, it STOPS the healing phase. It’s like stopping a wound from closing completely. Allow the patches to go thru the complete stages of healing without stopping it. Doctors know nothing about how or why the body gets ill. They only treat symptoms with drugs, surgery or chemo and radiation.

Sebastian was being pretty into his ego when Pete was asking about drinking when he came to town because Pete wasn’t like trying to pressure him. Into anything I think he was legit asking outta curiosity. If Pete told Sebastian he was on a “health and wellness” journey while taking himself with the most seriousness, he’d light Pete up!!! Sheesh Guy.

Mr. Sebastian. Sleep studies reveal "sleep apnea" for me and snoring. CPAP machines are not easy to use. I found American Sleep Dentistry and they fit me for a mouthpiece I wear no problem. No snoring, better sleep and forget the CPAP machine.
@apocketfullofsunshine606011 ай бұрын
You don’t know how happy I am to hear that! It’s insane my husband has a CPAP machine due to sleep apnea and he still snores! He’s in the other room! I still hear him! Yes, I have good hearing! Lol. But it’s time I stop sleeping alone and I want my husband to feel better! So we are going to try the mouthpiece. I think insurance doesn’t cover that. Your comment was very helpful! Have a great day!

Pete, there's online services to see an online doctor on IPad cam (for example) to prescribe stuff like this without having to visit a dr office, and usually they take insurance. Btw, Scruff face looks better than shave imho. Sebastian the best decision you had made is to stop drinking wine. I was just drinking wine occasionally, 2020 decided to quit for a few months, the pandemic came and suddenly I wasn't going out much. 4 years later no wine still or any liquor and to be honest, its been the best decision ever, cortisol levels and stress went down, sleep and workouts got better (even aircraft turbulence rarely bother me like it used to). I just started eating one Ingredient food, 0 processed or 0 ultra processed since Oct 5 and the energy, better sleep and mental clarity has been amazing. At this point of our lives, (I'm around you guy's age), feeling the best all the time takes a priority over short term indulgences, even if we need to let go bread, pasta, wine etc. The end result of not having inflammation and pain, more energy and stamina its better and more rewarding.
@shannonoconnor550211 ай бұрын
Well-stated-I understand and can relate 100% to what you said. And I’m the same age. Sugar, processed food and alcohol, all a no-go. The goal-keep the inflammation down⬇️

When my daughter was young, I would not let her sleep out unless I knew the family well. I used to ask 3 questions: -Are there any unsecured guns in the home and are any minors handling guns? I witnessed an incident with a good friend's 17-yr old son coming down the stairs with a hunting shotgun which he had pointed at me (I sort of ran into him). He said he was sorry. I went to use the restroom and when I came out the gun was unattended just placed onto the kitchen counter while he put on his clothes. That was the last time, my daughter was ever going there alone and these were people I loved. -Is anyone in the home using illegal drugs? Mainly other than pot, but I was concerned about cops showing up etc when I wasn't there or the kids curious etc. -Is anyone in the home or someone who is free to come and go that is molesting children? Ive had to deal with numerous strange parents of my daughters friends and I had to get real.

GREAT advice👏🏼 When I was in 4th grade, my classmates, Gordy and Sammy, were playing together at Sammy’s house. Sammy’s family owned a store so they had a handgun for protection against thieves. The boys saw the gun, just sitting out. Gordy thought it was cool, not knowing if it was real, pulled the trigger which hit Sammy in the neck and paralyzed Sammy from the neck down. Devastating. For everyone. I’m 56 years old. This problem with firearms around children has been going on a long time😔

With regards to schools, even American schools in foreign countries there's the same kind of attitude where everything is "lenient", students treat teachers like their pals, and things are lax. I don't know what it is about American education systems and their lack of discipline and order. Apparently this mindset is transcending into other areas of American life. I also partly blame the young generation growing up with social media particularly TikTok. That thing is not only dangerous but it messed with their head. On the same note, in the U.S everyone is getting offended at everything lately. Say literally anything and you are "violating their rights", or "you're racist", or you're a something something -phobe. Either a phone, knife or gun will be aimed at you. Not even authorities can do anything.

Make time to teach your children about different dangers and what respecting those things mean. If you're afraid of stuff, because you have no experience with them, you pass on those fears and the children never learn what to do if/when a dangerous situation presents itself. I know kids raised with target practice, who understand cuz they were taught, the dangers of those things. Hide a child from things and they will find themselves in bad situations not knowing what to do! You don't block a child forever from a kitchen because they could get burned by the stove. You hands on set up a controlled situation to start teaching. My 2 cents that no one asked for. But I know full well what I'm talking about.

As you guys speak I traveled from Florida to turkey for the exact reason you guys are talking about. The medical system here is like the way we would like it in America. See a Doctor he makes an appointment with the specialist in the next room,you go to the pharmacy and get medical for penny's on our dollar. It cost me 5 grand to get here and it was already worth it in 3 days here
