I have a question, why has the set design changed so much, like in the scene of the catacombs or in the 'Masquerade' scene? Because I've seen that now, for example, in the global tour of The Phantom of the Opera that is currently in Basel, Switzerland, or that was also in Lisbon, the set design changes to a different version compared to the one in the His Majesty's Theatre in London

It’s a non-replica production. Which means they use completely different sets, costumes, blocking etc for the show.
