Gawd the acting is just so over-the-top. I love the 90's and how action films didn't take themselves so seriously. The cheese was part of the charm! 😂 Simpler times when I was a kid.

I was almost expecting the announcer at the end to say “Philadelphia Experiment 2, not really anything to do with the original Philadelphia Experiment, or the movie of the same name in 1984, but we had to come up with a title that would make the audience think this movie had something to do with the aforementioned historical event and movie...”

I know right?? Supposedly there was only 1 original top secret military experiment in space time travel that happened with the Philadelphia ship U.S.S Elderidge, so the movie should of ended with the 1st one in 1983. This second one and the same name used in the 2012 movie are just afterthoughts of the first one. I guess its all about time traveling for these movie producers 🌈😉😇

I used to watch the trailer for this film all the time. It was on most Vidmark cassettes, so if you watched "Leprechaun" or "Warlock", you often came across this. I finally had a chance to watch this and found it entertaining enough. It is about as good as most of the films from Trimark. It does look like they had to work with a very limited budget though. The high command center looks to be an abandoned concrete building that was dressed up extensively and most of the shots look to have been done in a warehouse district with the exception of a few daylight scenes.
