The Philippine will never achieve its full greatness if its economic policy is heavily regulated and high taxations.

I would be interested to see some analysis of the value-added from Toshiba's operations. What is the value of imported intermediate are raw materials compared to the value of the final export product. How does the level of value-added compare with other companies in the Philippine electronic sector, and how has it change over the years?

Let's protect Japanese investment in the Philippines. Also, let's call on our police to protect the Japanese and their property. We can't thank Japan enough. But I would say it again: Arigato Japan!❤

Corny mo. These companies are subsidies by the taxpayers just to stay in PH. Kaya marami silang incentives instead of them na kusa mag Invests sa bansa na walang gagamiting pondo ng Taxpayers.

Investment is not felt right away in the economy you have to use your math and common sense at the same time.

@@worldofely4907Lip service lang yan. Just like yung mga Memorandum of Agreement ni ex PRRD. Hindi naman yan final meron kaunting nangyari, and mostly walang nangyari. At saka common sense lang, you're investing in a country na merong tremendous energy shortage.

No one would fvcqing invest in a country that has economic restrictions literally codified in its constitution like the Philippines. Investors would go to countries like SG & Vietnam because their restrictions are in the form of legislations that can be easily repealed. Forget about the "corruption argument," even corrupt Cambodia has a higher FDI per capita than the Philippines.

Are you sure?? We will developt by our own resources!! Not by foreign resources!! They go to Vietnam and other neighbors Bec of cheap labor!! Phil minimum wage is higher than the neighboring countries!! And like I said we will developt our country through local funds and local investors!!
