Hi, what's your recommended temperature when reflowing the chip of a PC's GPU and how long should it be exposed to that temperature? Thank you. God bless.

That depends entirely on the specific package, heating method (hot air, infrared, convection, pre-heater, etc), and type of solder used. There are reflow charts online that can give you an idea of the temp ranges and dwell times.

It depends on the exact gpu. I really couldn't say for sure without seeing a datasheet with reflow profiles suggested from the manufacturer.
