The pigs are out… storm hits the UK and causes chaos and we end up herding piglets - episode 42

Storm Eowyn hits the UK and causes absolute chaos. The pumpkin arch is destroyed and there is no animals in sight when chad goes out in the morning to do their feeds, after a trip to the feed merchants we get a call to say our pigs are out the yard. They are herded up not once but twice before we have chance to fix the fence!!!
We have a a number of Kune Kune piglets that were brought to the farm in August last year.

Despite being the 5th generation to farm here at Horncastle Farm, we took over in 2014 with no prior farming experience. We now farm here with our two boys Herbie (6) and Arnie (4).
