Two masters in selecting pilots! One was my mentor as my boss, Michael, while the other was my mentor as my colleague, Michel. Certainly between the most knowledgeable pilots in terms of selecting pilots in the whole industry! Sad that it wasn't heard as it should, this podcast deserves millions of views!
