Probably the Ready to Read and Ready for Math Winnie the Pooh pc games.

One you probably don't recognize. It was called "Potęga rozumu" which translates to "Power of the Mind" it focuses less on math or quizes but it gives point and click story puzzles for alternative solutions for the problem. For example one puzzle was about guy trying to feed poor on India however post office stole all food from it. How to solve it? By sheep, wolf and cabbage in the boat riddle.

The Super Seeker games. Treasure Mountain, Treasure Cove and Treasure Galaxy; I received them for one of my birthdays as a child and loved them. I wish I could have gotten more games in the series, but I was still very happy with what I had.

The two games I grew up with and liked most were My Amazing Human Body and another one, which from what I've gathered is a local one: "Moje prvo čudovito raziskovanje sveta" which roughly translates to My first wonderful exploration of the world

Weirdly enough I recall playing Math Blaster alot in elementary school. Ironic, because I suck at math.

Ah yes, I always use the "use the 100-year old granny's toenails to cut a way, shuriken-style, into a cave full of mutated rats" puzzle as an example on how insane these things can go in point'n'click games.

I really enjoyed this game as a child, the German dub had the voice of Max Wright in Alf as the Pink Panther 😁👍🏻

14:30: well that's weird, considering that monitor lizards such as the komodo dragon are themselves venomous, and in fact are the lizard claid that is the closest to snakes.

Fun game, as a kid I would have loved this. Although The Ping Panther talking... insanity.

Pink Panther is a character I'd almost completely forgotten about until this video appeared in my subscription feed. Also; Pink talking?!

I like the surprisingly adult humor to this. Love Pink Panther, seems Esh is the only one doing semi consistent videos on the lovable pink feline

Besides the 90's kid mainstay, Math Blaster, there weren't really any other edutainment games that I played, and I barely even tried to anything above the minimal difficulty, since I always hated math. I had no idea games like these were ever dubbed in Europe. It always surprises me what gets localized in other countries. Apart from Cool Whip, were there any other oddities in the Danish dub that might be fun to know? Or was it mostly as 1:1 as they could manage, trying to translate comedy? Oh, and I don't think Ares' actor was trying to sound Swedish (the cartoon accent,, at least). Not enough drastic ups and downs in the inflection, and not once did he begin his sentence with "Ja". It sounds more like an Alabama hick trying to do a Kermit the frog impression. Or, did you know that, and just wanted an excuse to take the piss out of them again, hoping to spurn another violent conflict that would give you yet another chance to try and demonstrate Danish superiority? You people and your good butter, I swear...

I haven't played the Danish dub in a long time and would have to watch a long play, but I am pretty sure both games were as close as possible. They mostly took liberties with character names since they were largely puns. The songs I have listened to in both versions a lot though, and those are VERY close at least

am old enough to remember when you can buy both games on post office & some lion mint tablet, there only 3 good games to play those were pink panther games both & Kalabaliken med de Gröna Musikmössen gilbert och den kemystiska ön are my favourite games as a kid because you can kill some one accidental

That Appollo pun was so unexpected I have to give them points for that, if only for how INCREDIBLY ill-fitting it is considering the target demographic. Like, these were 90's games, right? Rocky IV, where Appollo dies, is from freaking 1985- that one was DEFINITELY for the adults helping the kids along, much like the aerobics tape and Barney-satire... ... At least I certainly HOPE they were aiming it at the adults rather than the kid audience...

I love Pink Panther cartoon, but the 1993 version’s the best! I say that because Matt Frewer voiced Pink, he’s also known as the voice of Panic from Disney’s Hercules and other tv shows!

Hey man great video as always! Have you ever played "Snoopy vs. The Red Baron" for either PS2 or PSP? It's a third-person flight combat game where you play as Snoopy in World War l. You'd probably be able to appreciate it!
@FictionAddiction2 жыл бұрын
I have not. Peanuts are not quite as well known here as in the US (or at least, mostly the older generation know them), so it has never been on my radar. I have also never been a flight combat guy, but hey, maybe I'll keep an eye out

So Pink Panther, who is an adult, will KISS a little girl who got turned into a ninja mermaid princess? It's nice he wants to save her but that's a bit gross 🤢Couldn't it be the magician kid who does it? It's a way to appologise for his mistake and not respecting her wish.

Yea the hocus pokus pink game was indeed not as good as the last game I did kinda love the story of the wizard boy who was a outcast in his own family and befriends the outcast wizard in the woods
