The Pip Numbers Station

The Pip is a numbers station that currently transmits from within the Russian Federation since at least 1986. Little is known about this mysterious broadcast other than it is part of a network of similar stations that include Squeaky Wheel and UVB-76.

Good point, if you listen closely to the video then it states that it follows the local daytime night time pattern.
