Hi Cheryl, the pit can weigh up to 27kgs, but depending on your design, can be lighter - depending on how much metal is cut out with the design chosen. Adam made a good point to me - he's 65kg (a smaller adult lol) , so if he was like me being 6ft, he'd weigh the extra 25kgs anyway. Plus with the thickness of the metal comes durability.
