Thank you guys so much I got mine as a gift just in time for Christmas I can’t wait to use it! My only question is how I need to temper the grill as I read from the instructions? Maybe in a future video???

Hello, to temper the grill we recommend burning a small coal fire until they burns down completely and cools. For the Spark model place 5-7 briquettes, match light is easier to light and tends to burn cooler than regular Kingsford. With the Ember model use 10-12 briquettes. You can do this twice if you want to get a really good temper.

Doesn't the grill get hot? How is he lifting it bare hands?

The handle hangs out a bit from the main grill surface and air flows past it cooling it off, similar to a metal handle on a pot on the stove.

How to clean it in the nature so you can bring it back in a car or a backpack?

Your grill design looks great and I’m very tempted to give one a try. I’m currently looking for something compact and low maintenance for overlanding and car camping. I can’t find any reviews or independent videos though. You guys need to get some third party reviews out there.

Something not right here. He is grabbing a hot grate with his bare fingers without it burning them.
