Coonalisa I believe that she had an injury. And i have had a cracked rib too in my experience. But I wasn't wearing heels at such a time. Also, if she didn't want to lip sync for her life and she is a "live singing" queen, it's a good excuse. Why add the rib injury excuse? For anyone wondering, Charlie gave up the lip sync because a) she had a broken/cracked rib from the previous challenge b) she doesn't perform lip syncs, she sings live and impersonates - so going up against a very polished queen w/ lip sync abilities being too much of a risk to her health.
