I truly hope Filinvest Alabang remains low density, quiet and peaceful. Less buildings means less people and traffic. It’s nice and perfect the way it is now.

Snippet: 95% fully completed project na sa Filinvest, Alabang. Kolang yata ang public parking sa area. People are parking cars on street curb -- condo residents and visitors. Puwedi bang gamiten nalang ang Park for public parking and for condo owners. May vacant yata na public park sa video nato -- convert it into parking spaces. Walang guhit na puti ang mga sahig -- guhitan para hinde mokhang tamad ang area. be blessed. may2024

Really? Converting parks into parking? Eh mas lalo mo na atang kinokontra yung idea ng "green city" kasi car centric na masyado yang suggestion mo

No bike lanes and pedestrian pathwalks. Circulation paths intended for vehicles only, not pedestrian friendly at all. Just because it has lots of vegetations doesn't make it a "green city" at all.

Although it might not have been evident in the video, there are bike lanes in certain areas, separated from the road. Additionally, pedestrian walkways span 8 meters wide on major roads. based on this article: business.inquirer.net/391587/filinvest-city-as-one-of-the-philippines-pioneers-of-sustainability Green Spaces Generous open spaces including an almost kilometer-long Spectrum Linear Park and the 1-ha Central Park Green Building Filinvest City is the first and only CBD in the country that has secured both US Green Building Council’s LEED Gold and the Philippine Green Building Council’s 3-star BERDE certification Sustainable initiatives Filinvest City is home to the country’s most extensive district cooling system, a more efficient way of providing air conditioning in buildings that has since resulted in 40 percent energy cost savings.
