That is Luke Skywalker in Bespien City Combat Fatigues; I always though the drop down gun holster was the coolest. Later on in life I would go on to discover that wearing a leg holster in hot weather, for hours on end will begin to smell NOT as cool as they look.

5:28 The Zapper WAS definitely better than the Super Scope! The Super Scope had a separate interface box to plug in and position by the TV, and calibrate onscreen, it needed a ton of AA batteries, and both your arms would get tired from having to hold it up and operate it, and your eyes would strain from too much focusing. The Zapper was a gun, plug and play, and shoot away!

Thank you for the trip down memory lane. I appreciate your walking through various stores and outlets - especially ones not in my immediate locale of Potland, OR

8:10 If you look closely in this case, you'll see a VHS clamshell copy of the UK 1994 film, The Princess and the Goblin. It's nobody's favorite last I checked, but I happen to have one in my collection! Nice to see it elsewhere since it's super niche, especially for the US.

JEFF!!! I live just a half mile walk from there. I've always thought this would be your ideal store. You should hit me up if you go again lol. You'd probably also like the collectable store in the mall 3 miles away. Like this one it has lots of wrestling but also comics

Ha! I found something I made in this video! At the 4:35 mark, the Freddy vs. Jason box was a set I made for the Clix line when I was working at WizKids. Always love seeing that stuff out in the wild.

It wouldn't be a WCB video without him completely ignoring the GI Joes! Also, no mention of the M.A.S.K. items, Thundercats and a classic Voltron. Some things just don't resonate with everyone, each to their own, but I'd have stopped a few seconds longer on those, especially that complete-looking Dragonfly (with the orange tips on the rotor) plus the Kenner Vader's TIE. Nice seeing some of the LJN Wrestling Superstars, I had a few of those. That was a unique line with some decent likenesses of the wrestlers. Great selection, a real Gen X paradise!

Such beauty... An era expressed in cold hard plastic and paper. Entire chapters of generations' their lives up for display. Some worse for wear, some still in beautiful condition. Thanks for sharing. This series is almost, ALMOST, better than you laughing your ass off in current year toy isles. And it hurt to see that Transformers Universe Blackarachnia up for sale there... It was probably a steal. Well, glad you got that Ninja Zord. It looked like it was still in good condition. Enjoy the playtime!

I would love to buy as much vintage merch as possible from better eras. This is the kind of stuff you would see in a museum eventually, while the unsellable waste of plastic from Ollies can get recycled into toys people and kids actually want.

8:58 holy! those are Gold Digger action figures, until now I have only seen them on ads in the very pages of that comic. Sad that its kind of forgotten comic book. Fred Perry and Antarctic Press really work hard in making Gold Digger a thing. Now I want new action figures made with the current technology that would be awesome.

I build tabletop wargame terrain. The vehicle toys often make great diorama pieces, once repainted. The Lightyear stuff was a gold mine, for instance. They're even better when the price is so low you'd swear you were at a garage sale or thrift shop. So keep making flops, I say.
