This talk is about the concept of the "Placebo Effect" and talks about what it is and how it's being used currently in medicine. Marice Rodriguez is an active ASFM student who is currently in the 9th grade. She is a student well-known for her activities in theater and Model UN and has received recognition as the Best Delegate. During secondary school she was part of the National Junior Honor Society. As a reflection of her interest in medicine, she helps students with Cerebral Palsy as part of the group of permanent volunteers at Nuevo Amanecer.
