So what u think the au is that luna casts celestia out of the castle and takes over. Shes like in between luna and nightmare moon. Celestia uses dark magic to unleash disasters onto canterlot to taunt and intimidate luna. Till she finally confronts luna directly where luna completes her transformation into nightmare moon and solidifies the eternal night. Obviously we know what happeneds to nightmare moin in the end.
