There is an updated version that covers the All-Hazards response environment (the term "all-risk" was phased out and replaced with All-Hazards) and the current cycle as described in NWCG, EMI, and USFA joint curricula. The "FEMA Planning Process, " commonly known as the "NIMS Planning Process."
