I grew up listening to Marty, so it rocked my world when he went on tour and came to Maple City Chapel in Goshen, IN, and my family went to go see him. We had talked with him before the concert, and then during the concert, he called little five-year-old me to the stage and we sang a song together. I'll remember that moment forever! When I was a child in the 90s u heard your song oh lord our lord playing on a Christian station called "family radio" it was dark downstairs in my grandma's kitchen and I was hungry for a snack. It was pitch black and the only thing on was the radio and that song completely killed my fear because God was with me the whole time. For years I such for that song and your name which I never knew. And glory be to God. I found this at the perfect time in my life. And I've had the pleasure of discovering more of your music and your daughter's music. This is so precios for me for I never met my Father. My father was really worldly, an alchohic and abandoned me. This reminds me of Heavenly Father singing with me for all the stress I am going through right now. This is like a Disney fantasy for me with a Father that would come to me and sing. He was 50 when I was born and my mother 23. He said I have the alcohol more than both of you to her go back to your family. I felt and she felt so rejected all the years.

Marty, we met you 20 years or so ago at Harvest Christian Fellowship when I was battling colon cancer. W we enjoyed your music so many times there and it was so encouraging during my recovery. We've listened to you through the years on CD. You always touched our hearts. We moved from California to Montana, and then to South Carolina and we are so pleased to "see you" again, and your daughter and her son are so beautiful. Best part of listening to you today is that we have very dear elderly Jewish friends here, and my wife and I have been slowly exposing them to Jesus. Tonight, right after listening to your testimony, I sent it to them. I pray that the Spirit opens their hearts to Jesus soon. Thank you, and I hope you still perform in your stocking feet.

The dad eyes r always on her daughter during e singing..it is like God is singing over us n His eyes are always fixed on us. 20 Sep, i read john 17 abt Jesus prayed for us to know the Father's love (in asmuch as the Father loves Jesus, the same love) for us. I accidentially flipped to Matt 6 where Jesus model prayer is most famous amg many churches. Jesus taught us to declare "my Father in heaven". The common amg e 2 prayers is to know my God as my Father, pray always based on this, bec our heavenly Father gives us good gifts to His children Matt 7:11 Days ago. God told me that my earthly parents r just care takers. I m not an orphan. My actual father is God himself who wonderfully created me b4 i was birthed n hv good plans good tots for me.
