I would recommend instruct your AP to roam from position to force him to drop lower to collect the ball from defenders during transition. Pair him with CM/Mezz/Carr in the middle for easier penetration of oppossing first line of engagment. AP with this instruction still is less likely to move to flanks as roaming playmaker often do.

Hey there, I have finished this videos and I have a question to ask. I am a Napoli fan and my drop back midfielder will always be Lobotka. He likes receiving the ball from teammates and do some simple short passing. His job is to distribute the ball to left and right. He also collect passes from teammates which fit the mechanics of deep lying playmaker. Here's come the problem, I can't play him as a deep lying playmaker eventhought I want him to be because this role always do long passes which will break the rule of Lobotka. Any other roles that fit in to his character or I can still play deep lying playmaker? Thanks!

Lobotka ability: 1. Short passing. 2. Receive the ball from teammates. 3. Recover the second ball. 4. Good intercepting. 5. Great Balence. 6. Quick turn Cons: 1. Aerial duels 2. Strength 3. Bring the ball forward 4. Dribbling
