Couldn't believe that you can actually shoot arrows out of these! The versatility and portability are amazing with this product 💯

Very cool! By the sound of that smack I can tell this is not something you want to get hit by. Awesome defense tool! Very handy!

Hard hitting hahah

I used an adjustable front handle from a Hammer drill. (instead of the hammer)It was easier to aim but obviously not as pocketable. The arrow pouch is the easiest as you have a longer draw for aiming. I was thinking too much of hitting myself in the face upon release with the shorter pouches. Imo, it is something you shoot instinctively, "from the hip" 😉 Great vid Bud. Be well, stay free.

I found them impossible to aim accurately, but the big problem was how damn loud they are. It sounds like a gun going off. I hope you get some satisfaction from it, but it's not for me.

For me i mostly dont like how short the pouches are. I can put up with the noise, even though im not a fan of it either. The problem for me is that the regular pouch is even shorter than the arrow pouch which drives me nuts. I understand that arrows can only be drawn back so far, but I see no reason for them not to have a butterfly style draw version of this for the non arrow pouch. I like using like 11.2 inch bands with a 56 inch draw length and i feel like the pocket shot draw length is even shorter than a standard slingshot. Nothing from pocket shot comes even remotely close to my shooting preferences. A pocket shot could be ideal for butterfly style if they made the pouches far longer. Long flat bands are harder to keep straight and in good condition. People who shoot butterfly have the hardest time with band management and a pocket shot with a deeper pocket that could still fit under the cap would be ideal for every day carry because youd be able to have a butterfly draw "slingshot" without worrying about long cumbersome bands getting nicked or knotted in your pocket. Makes me sad that no one shoots butterfly despite it being at least 25% more powerful than standard draw at equal draw weight. Personally i think its far easier to aim and grip the pouch with butterfly draw.

It will shoot arrows, not very fast, but it will do it. I've experimented with all sorts of pointed projectiles and the best for slingshots are the Snipersling Darts. For arrows I have a 50lb recurve bow. You have to think, a decent size arrow with tip will be about 450 - 500gn, the Snipersling darts are 95gn. A slingshot with a draw weight of around 20lb and an 18" draw will shoot the Snipersling dart at 180fps or thereabouts. The same slingshot will send an arrow at under 100fps, it's not very satisfying. If you want the most damage from a slingshot you can make darts out of 6" pistol crossbow broadheads. Shorten the shaft using a lathe, cut a string notch in the blade and 3D print a knob for the back end to provide some grip. Theraband Gold 25mm tapers will shoot these at 200fps. They are very dangerous to shoot, I added extra metal plates to my leather dart shooting glove.

What kind of jacket is that you’re wearing?
@411Outdoors3 жыл бұрын
Hey brother it’s an old navy jacket I picked up a while back. I love the design. It’s kind of my all-around jacket. They have a higher collar on them. Different brands will release a similar jacket from time to time
