WOW !!!! The Pogues at their peak. What a great band, what a great frontman. I saw Shane many times after this post Pogues, so it’s great to see him at peak fitness, before life on the road took it’s toll..

Geat! One of the best show from RAI. A group sang live every day for 3 days. Gegé Telesforo was very good (he's à jazzman). I was 25 and it was à big moment. The public sometimes discover the band but have the time to be in the mood. ❤

Glad you know how the tour killed him! Someone like Shane who became dependent on alcohol and a heroin on this tour and whatever doctors were given him can't do year long tours performing night after night! He was never the same apparently after the tour! Disgusting putting someone obviously struggling out the road like that!!! They done it to Cobain as well

@@nataliebarrow6348yes he was he joined 3 years before this, in 1985. He plays on both Rum, Sodomy and If I should fall. Terry Woods is also absent so one can only assume neither could make this tour or were ill so Shane went back to playing guitar as he did on the first album
