I am really excited to see how the story started here wraps up in Part 2. And how the game will feel and play when it is "Whole" in a full play threw, main game and both DLCs. Because Part 1 feels like it should be played much earlier threw a normal play threw, After Iono or after the first round of midterms in school (i forget how many badges you needed to unlock the tests.). As it was kind of jarring to see young kids with high level first form Pokémon. Also I just got a Foreign Alolan Geodude so I know what's on task for shiny breading after vulpix

For me the thing that makes made smile from an NPC is It not just a generic trainer, give me lore, or laugh. The Mimic golden bridge reference, the guy having 6 Magikarp, I sorta miss the I enjoy battling The thing I can think of that already in the base SV game and something the DLC are item and special encounters. SV does give you a special item if you complete an area and Perri and Bloodmoon Ursaluna event is beautiful. Imagine defeating all the kimono girl and boy and getting to see a special cutscene or free item. Congratulating the newbie The delinquents coming together to just to encounter one a legendaries and reform.

The Teal Mask, who’s hiding some personality behind the mask, poker-face? I haven’t gotten far but like the festival people. Also I was butthurt when one the NPC starter trainer said to be a good sport after they KO my pokemon with Bellsprout. Ruin my run and made me learn bitter malice!!!! Also surprised about the Hiker having Alolan pokemon, it put a smile on my smile. -------------------- *Lillie wear delinquent outfit* Sorta-friends… I thought we were at least friendly rivals.

Welp, haven't fought a single one of those optional trainers, because I never really fought anyone in the base game due to them all being optional. So never really noticed the diversity. Guess that's what can happen if you remove mandatory trainer battles...

ogre clan trainers are more like elite 4. since you have to battle 4 of them before the Leader(champion)
