Lot's of complaints from new owners of these units about the transmission being very odd/dead feeling when off-roading.

I would have rather seen a chain drive system that's accessible. I think the sealed belt would be a deal breaker for me. Nice unit but that's way too involved for a eventual belt failure..no matter what they say 😂

How will that transmission be in the mountains trail riding at slow speeds? Will it hunt for the right gear?

No gears to hunt for since it's a CVT. Apparently Tow/Haul mode will take the place of a low range. Definitely different. Time will tell how well it works.

Well-that has more payload and almost as much towing capacity as my 4runner. I want to not like these vehicles, but I see their appeal and functionality

Yeah the payload is crazy! 1500 lbs in the dump bed alone.

It is time for Polaris and the other big manufacturers to up the political influence to get these machines to be allowed to be made street legal without some sneaky renaming and register in a northern state somewhere. Come on make it happen!
