I was 16 when i saw them live in Toronto in 1979 .. this song, Message in a Bottle, Bring on the Night and Walking on the Moon show why Regatta De Blanc is their best album imho .. Copeland is on another level

I saw them twice in concert, I was amazed at how much music and sound they produced. I came home and was reminded that they were only a three piece band originally

To me, as a 19 yr old at the time - this is THE Police song. The work of each 3 of them here is exemplary as musicians and a masterpiece!

Beautiful song. The vocals on this track are absolutely spectacular. So strange to think they recorded the entire album for just a few thousand dollars!

Always have loved this tune- outstanding hypnotic groove throughout. For another treat, the mono version that is on the Message in a Box set is an even more stripped down version that really highlights Stewart's drumming.

Sounds awesome! Stewart already is amazing, and the song is too. Thanks for watching Tom!

Oh those long lonely nights. Yeah, the non-single tracks are some of the best songs on the album. Thanks.

I DO think y'all are great. Fell in love with the police in the 70's... TRUE story: In a small snow resort in Alberta back in the 70's, there were two grill cooks that worked in a central grill near a lounge called " the copper hearth ". The cooks were pretty good singers and would belt out tunes that actually had a great resonance into the 3 story high hearth area where the skiers sat. They would take requests and anything by the Police sounded epic. :)

Best backbeat band in the biz. When you've said backbeat, you've said the Police.
