Always has these old ladies applauding. I think many other BBC comedy sketch shows used that too.

Estupendo sketch.Brevedad y ambiguedad.Y la sutileza de Palin para cambiar de tono.Todo eso hace que sea un gran sketch.Recordar que en England ,hasta 1967' estaba castigada por la ley la homosexualidad.Brillante.😊🌹🍃🌹🍃💕💎💎💎

I can't believe no one got the 'my wallet's been stolen and 15 pounds' been taken from it' in the audience

Maybe its a prep for the punchline.

@@TonymanCS how would he know if 15 pounds had been taken from it when the whole wallet was stolen 🙃. Don't know if they did that on purpose though

It's unfortunate that folks don't appreciate absurdness as great comedy. Never pulled off better than by the Pythons. This 30 second sketch is so un- pc and off the wall that it is actually brilliant.

I don't get what's so "Un-pc"? This is the type of thing modern folk would kill for!

And it was made not so long ago from times when gays could be sentenced to prison for homosexuality

@@supertrinigamer I agree, not un pc just very funny. Cleese and Palin were a great double act.

Whoever thinks that this is 'un-pc' is smoking something. Nobody on the left in modern times would think that this non-judgmental, non-homophobic depiction of homosexual propositioning is offensive. If you think that this would offend liberals, you probably haven't met many of them. Liberals tend to be offended by homophobia and racism. Sometimes, they get paranoid and assume that something is more homophobic or maliciously racist than it actually is. But films or shows that make fun of racism and homophobia do not offend the vast majority of liberals. I've lived around a hell of a lot of liberals, and they love Monty Python.
