Learning to listen to our body allows us to reconnect with our higher self. We must first acknowledge the connection with the subconscious and our bodily functions. By being present and allowing interaction paired with checkiing with our bodies and intuition we can find the correct paths for ourselves. Our higher self knows what is for our highest and greatest good. Transmuting old wounds into passion and unconditional love for healing. ❤
