I believe this is a Radio Station Promo Disc as mentioned before, but I think it might have connections to the Canadian Victor PR (Personal Recordings) series. I have seen PR 78s with that "T-xxxxx" serial number as well as its own "PR-XXX", and this kind of label design (just not in these colours). maybe Canadian RCA Victor used this kind of label design for anything that wasn't issued normally (and for those DJ 78s that would have had the white "not for sale" label)

This will be your best upload and there's nothing you can even do about it. This is incredible. Hope you can pin point the specific date. That guitar screams post war though. Maybe just maybe 41 but I have my doubts. Maybe we can do some research I now nothing about these RCA radio station promos nevermind Canadian ones.

Even doing something as simple as searching the song title is totally over saturated with irrelevant car KZbinrs and all that. I really do hope we can do some research on this.

This was played continuously in dealer showrooms. It promoted the 1952 Pontiac models beginning in the fall of '51. A typical magzine ad from that period promoted it this way: i.ebayimg.com/images/g/vG4AAOSwuptcqR57/s-l1600.jpg

It was also sent to Pontiac dealers to play continuously on phonographs in their showrooms. This probably dates from 1951 (to promote their 1952 models).
