The rendering on the irelia splash art is amazing, but i cannot get over a couple of things. Her back, once again, broken, or at least heavily contorted like 90% of females in splash arts. Her hands are so big? Her arms seem so long? I'm sure it makes sense if I actually draw over the proportions and with a view that seems to come slightly from below, but with her tiny face it just makes her body look so... large. I've seen people rave about the splash art but I don't see it. Her face not looking like irelia also wouldn't have been as much of an issue if she had her typical long hair.

The main thing is that her upper body is facing one way, and then the lower body is facing a completely different direction so that it looks way more contorted than an actual human body. It becomes a traditional "boobs and butt" pose, where they try to give you 100% of both but break the spine in the process.

Prestige Porcelain Kindred have nothing porcelain in them, it's so weird. The previous one was weirdly human, yes, but at least it looked pretty, especially Wolf's mask. This skinline has less and less porcelain in it. As a Morgana main, I was really hyped up when I heard about her being in this skinline, but they didn't even give her porcelain wings, she's got generic glowing blue wings she had times and times before, albeit with some porcelain details. I'm really disappointed

My friend follows a bunch of artists working on those splasharts and she told me that it was RIOT that used ai to edit the original finished art that is sent to them via the artist… But since edits on Riot’s part is included in the terms and conditions they sign they can’t do anything about Riot butchering their work using ai.

MY biggest issues with this patch of skins is the champion choices...NO ONE can convince on how anyone BUT aureluon fits this skinline...putting gunslingers and blade users onto a thematic that emphasises FRAGILE PORCELAIN is insane... Bc not only did they not fit the thematic itself but there were SO MANY better champion choices than what we got... Such as shaco who could've been a porcelain puppet doll, gwen and orianna who would've been porcelain dolls...like yeah these three would all be dolls but the fantasy of the skinline would rise TREMENDOUSLY if it had these choices... nonetheless, riot dropped the ball once again as they do every time with a 2nd batch of a skinline...and it's a shame cuz this was one of the more inventive and innovative lny thematics that riot has came up with in the past few years...

What's funny is that tencent gives riot full freedom to do whatever they want. It's riot who's trying to please the china market, specially with the last 4 batches of skins who were all for the chinese new year. I'm not sure if old LoL was any better either. Instead of appealing to eastern cultures it was a clear cut copy of warcraft, with hideous pointy 3d models and all. League didn't start to be better until season 4 more or less. And honestly the newest seasons had it's peaks like renata, bel 'veth, naafiri and most reworks. Still waiting for skarner to finally came out

I really wish they would be a bit more 'personal' with the faces. I loved when Taliyah was released becaause at least she would be recognisable. And with Swain and Darius (and probably most male champs), they do a reasonable job keeping his face similar between skins. so why can't the woman have something that makes em feel a bit more like actual characters? About the face.. i thinkthe artists still use the of the actual champion in league as a reference. However they also adding up a make up depends on theme and story, to boys who don't know about make, they actually can alter details on your face that makes you look like someone else, make your nose and face thin or wide with the right contour, makes your eyes small with the right liner placing. Also sometimes it depends on the theme, sometimes they use the type of art that could definitely change the entire face since they are not using the normal style most artist do. But the icons one is just not giving, u can ignore it.

Thank god I am not the only one who had a problem with the sfx in this skinline. Last time these skins came out, the people I talked too didn't get what I was saying, but for me being a Kindred main, their porcelain skin was unplayable for me. The sound effects actually started to give me really bad headaches and I stopped using that skin all together after a week. It was so bad!

It also seems weird to release a Tiger themed porcelain skin for Darius with the Year of the Dragon skinline. It's as if they didnt manage to get it done last year when it actually was Year of the Tiger and they squeezed it in this time.

Why again does it matter whether the base champion thematic fits the skin or not? Isn't the entire purpose behind skins to change what is already there into something different? It is supposed to be a different version of the champion, is it not?
