Colleges and universities in Northern Ontario felt the brunt of changes to federal immigration policy recently, with a reduction in the number of student visas being issued. Steve Paikin talks to four out of the five members of NOLUM - the Northern Ontario Large Urban Mayors -- about how that, coupled with tuition freezes, is playing out in their communities. They are: Michelle Boileau, Mayor of Timmins; Peter Chirico, Mayor of North Bay; Paul Lefebrvre, Mayor of Sudbury; and, Matthew Shoemaker, Mayor of Sault Ste. Marie.
