✔INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes 3 (500g)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika
Garlic powder

2 mini peppers
Minced beef 500g
1 clove of garlic
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika
Tomato puree 200g
Fresh parsley
BÉCHAMEL SAUCE WITHOUT BUTTER
Olive oil 30g
Flour 30g
Milk 280ml
Salt and pepper
Nutmeg
Grated mozzarella
1st Cooking: Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 30-35 minutes
2nd Cooking: Put back in the oven at 180°C (356°F ) for about 25 minutes.
