Question regarding communion: the fruit of the vine and unleavened bread... does not matter? This has troubled me through the years and I have heard use cola and cracker; and all sorts of elements, like kool-aid and cornbread. Our God is so good and will not withhold any good thing from us... we can do whatever we will to do. I pray we will "prepare our hearts" and prepare our worship and communion with our awesome God and Father. Let us acknowledge the Lord in all our ways, He will direct our path, in Jesus name.

I would suggest that some (not most) are acting like Peter in their refusal to see that yes, the Holy Spirit is leading us into areas that are unfamiliar (no mention of ‘race’ in the Bible, but, yet, we’re examining racial matters today). The Holy Spirit is leading us into untraditional things, things that go “beyond,” things that go outside of the scope of traditional religion and ethnical upbringings in order to bring healing to who? A group of people who’ve been given divine care, billions of acres of land, and ongoing free slave labor? No, brethren. The Spirit of the Lord has us talking about - not rising, killing and eating this time - but restoring, healing, and bringing reparations to an almost dead race.
