Idea for the ability of Thundrake: Maybe like you said it has shock aura, which puts electricity in the air and sound waves, making Pokémon more vulnerable. Electricity does like 1.5 to 1.75 more damage, but soundproof, ground type, and electric type makes you immune to the extra damage. Even if your a ground type with ring target getting hit by an electric move, it doesn’t have the boost.

@@animefan25 By DeadBedSpread's crossbreeding rules, that would apply to Salandit, but not to Combee because Combee is in only one Egg Group (Bug). Salandit, however, is in Monster and Dragon, so it could do it with the evolutions of Charmander, Treecko, Gible, Axew, Helioptile, or Tyrunt, along with Druddigon, Turtonator, or Drampa.

After a very long time of counting all the possible cross-breeds with two compatible Egg Groups and both being Gendered I have counted a total of... 240 Pokemon! Well 240 Single-Staged Hybrids. If all were 3 Stage Families it would instead be a total of 720 Pokemon! Meaning if this feature was actually implemented as of Gen 9 we would have everything between 240 to 720 new Pokemon. Though I will note that Regional Forms and Regional Evolutions were counted as the same Pokemon as it's base form as they share the same Family as well as Split Evolutions. Though this only counts for NidorinoF (Counted under Nidoking family though you'd add roughly 3 new Lines if included separately), Slowking (Counted under Slowbro), Sirfetch'd, Cursola and Clodsire

0:55 Correction: While these aren't attached to any game mechanics, multiple Pokémon are stated by the Pokédex to be fusions, either in essence or sometimes using the exact word. Obviously we know that Dugtrio and Magneton are groups of three Diglett or Magnemite respectively. But one that I'd assume less know of is that Pokédex entries for Metagross state that it's a fusion of two Metang, and that Mega Metagross is a linkage of a Metagross, another Metang, and two Beldum. Where do the three extra Pokémon come from when you Mega Evolve your Metagross? Who knows?

I know this doesn't count with the rules, but this concept inspired me recently about a Blissey & Accelgor hybrid fusion thingy. I took a look at them & what they're based on from their respective wiki pages, & got my gears turning with some research. Turns out, Dubai has a thing called the Dh13m supercar ambulance that made the world record, so I was able to take the whole medical thing from Blissey and Accelgor's whole "auto racer" bit & put that together. Had a tough time figuring out what species it would be, eventually settled on a Gastropod, & then realized I was making the Pokemon equivalent of Turbo, lmao. But still a fun thing to do regardless. EDIT: Better idea: a semi-slug.

Hi, I love the work your doing and these designs are amazing. I've come to ask if I can use any of your work in my fan game that I'm creating, I will of course credit everything and specify what is yours and will not be profiting from it. I ask this because part of the main plot of the game involves a pheromone/substance leak that effects certain Pokémon and allows certain crossbreeds to occur, so I want to add in any possible Pokémon ideas to make the variety and overall game have as much open world content as I can and adding more Pokémon like these would be great. I'd love to be able to utilize this if possible, I can make all the resources I don't have as well I'm just asking for permission.
