She is DEFINITELY onto something for blood sugar level etc she’s a very valuable asset to ongoing research. I’d be interested to know what her thoughts on if those with tbi/concussion actually have POTS or is it identified as something else?

Thanks guys! I also have found that checking my glucose, the levels seem fine. I usually have a coffee first thing, then wait for an hour or 2 before eating. Im now experimenting with eating immediately upon waking and increasing fruit, honey and carbohydrate consumption and also trying to eat the majority of my food earlier in the day ( 9am- 2pm) I feel this could be making a positive impact, so who knows!

I get really shaky but my CGM was well within normal range! I specifically got to see if it was low and there's no proof! Glad I'm not alone but I hope there's an answer soon. It's not easy to navigate my social or work life when these episodes hit

I have pretty reactive POTS, besides at the time I had constant headache from it, one time I did MDMA I felt great, for the first time in a year I had no pain and almost no POTS symptoms, I really wonder why is that

So if we were to reduce fluids but keep electrolytes up it boosts vasopressin thus control/boost cortisol levels?
