🕊️ Brother Gaskins, I appreciate your honestly here. Blessing over your family. As a 35yo man and virgin, I have waited my whole life for my wife. I believe being patient in the waiting in abstinence and saving myself for marriage has been the greatest blessing of my life. I believe as a man having patience in the waiting, having self control, allowing Holy Spirit to break addictions, having a healthy foundation in Christ, being able to provide financially, and holding a healthy respect for a woman of God are some valuable and top tier keys to a healthy future with my wife! I trust the Lord for what’s ahead, His plan is greater than mine! Anyone wanting Gods plan, trust Him, allow Him to make you new by the power of the Holy Spirit & cleanse you from your past pains and be a New Creation in Christ! To move forward in the seasons and callings He has for you, your spouse ordained by the Lord will eventually arrive! Blessings in Christ family of God, Nathaniel

Amen! May God bless you on the path ahead. Trusting in His will and timing. Biggest thing I did during the waiting was work on self improvement/growth: Growing closer to God in the Word/prayer/fellowship/service, weight loss, learning how to heal/forgive from hurt of the past (addressing childhood as well), reading to improve communication skills, unlearning people pleasing habits, learning to confidently communicate and enforce boundaries, put more effort into looking cute/presentable when I went out. I hadn't been on apps in well over a year and my bf (my first real relationship and only Christ-centered relationship) came seemingly out of nowhere. I was 28 at the time. There's no way I would have met him as old me, before the self work.

Brother Gaskins - there you go again with another great message. How many men have no idea about how important it is to love a woman from a mental perspective??? Not many. So I applaud you for bringing up this topic. Now as for the womans sex drive - I by no means think that a womans sex drive could be compared to a mans, just as physical strength is not comparable. I just wanted to share that with you because I don't think I have ever heard of one of the types of women you described. I so love this video! A lot of men have no idea what's going on witj women when it comes to sex...or pursuit. Tony I believe if you help them to understand the way they condition themselves for a football game or whatever their sport is, that same type of conditioning is needed when they're trying to learn grow and get married to be intimate with a woman. There is a inner level of conditioning that many men miss and women too. And it's one of the major problems in socieity because there is more praise around hitting it and quitting it, versus being disciplined and and coming together to build something with someone that stands the test of time.

How do you communicate to a woman about waiting until marriage? Because for whatever I have found many woman don't necessarily care for it or even want to pursuit that. Sad is too say not even in the churches :/
@amaragrace949 ай бұрын
I had that conversation with my boyfriend before we even technically went on a date. We were just getting to know each other. I say ask those deal breaker questions early on during phone calls and dates. Christian dating isn't equal to regular dating because we are intentional/marriage-minded. The world says "avoid politics and religion on a first date." Lol there will be no date if we haven't already had a talk about whether you are a Christian or not. The details of how actively they follow the Lord (prayer? read bible? church attendance? volunteer service? participate in fellowship? virgin or not? If not, are you abstaining and for how long?) can be asked about during dates. On politics, that's up to your level of interest. You should be free to talk about beliefs and which issues you are most passionate about. If something recently happened in the news, why should I hold back on discussing that? I want to know their stance on education, Palestine vsIsrael & Russia vsUkraine, inflation, and so on. Then you go home to review what you have learned vs your own set standards & preferences. Either make a decision to keep dating and keep learning about each other, or part ways if you find major incompatibilities. Not abstaining and not willing to? Automatic next for me. No hard feelings.

Good day Mr Gaskins this is a great message can I add or maybe you've covered this in another podcast. When dating or meeting up with a man there it's disrespectful that he keeps talking about what he can do in the bedroom and about how much other women want him. This happened to me recently and it was a big turn off. Especially as I already chastised him for assuming I wanted to be groped on our fire meeting. This is someone I met many years ago. @amaragrace949 ай бұрын
I've learned to stop worrying about the ones that show me through their actions that they don't like or respect me all that much, don't actively follow the values/standards of Jesus, have poor communication skills when working through issues/disagreements, don't respect boundaries, has any aversions to the love languages I need, or show selfishness. The quicker you cut the wrong ones off, the more space in your heart and mind you have for someone more compatible to come in. People say you are what you attract, but I think it's more accurate to say, you are what you entertain. You have to talk to God and come to a decision. The Lord says to wait until marriage. If you don't meet a man that is willing to wait, will you compromise your obedience for a few minutes of sexual pleasure with a man who doesn't respect God, himself, or you enough to make you his wife first? Or will you wait as long as it takes, even if never happens or it doesn't happen until after your child bearing years have passed. That's the amount of trust and acceptance we have to have in the Lord and His plan for us. Trust that He knows best. Ask those deal breaker questions early and cut em off quick if it ain't right.
@amaragrace949 ай бұрын
If you pay attention and put effort into learning/knowing your wife's mind/heart/spirit/body, making those daily deposits, I'm telling you it's 10 minutes or less. Always take care of her first. Like Tony said, the orgasm gap is pitiful. Show her you actually care that she enjoys it too. Don't be selfish. Eat portion controlled healthier options and stay active, at least 30 minutes a day of something at least moderate intensity.

Hi Tony. Thanks for the video. I was wondering whether you could clarify something about men. You always say men and women can never be friends because the man will “grow feelings” but I also have heard male “relationship wannabes” talk about how men quickly categorize women and that it’s difficult for men to consider a woman as a romantic interest that he has already categorized as a friend from the get go… I’m wondering how this works. If yo can’t force a man to love you, and he knows what he wants or what he doesn’t want within 6 to 12 months, how can he always “grow” feelings for a lady friend? Grace and Peace.

Put it this way, get you some business. No man should be thinking about sex every 15 minutes! Avoid sex, avoid sexualizing women/your women. Focus on womens minds, them as hunan beings, and your business/goals. No man should "need" to have sex. Cause when we need things, it makes us vulnerable to them. Develop and excerise the strength to "need" to have sex. Just getting some goals and focusing on them will it more practical to avoid being preoccupied by sex. On the flip side, your woman/women will pursue you for sex.
