Good one. I took Tramadol for pain for a couple of years. The help with pain was minimal, in fact it gave me abdominal pain and headaches. It deadened my ability to experience any positive emotion like love or gratitude. It deadened my ability to meditate or use self-hypnosis. Even though I haven't taken any since 2014. This is helping.
