The other day at work a female coworker suggested that I should cut my hair . Claiming it would be more masculine . I told her . Samson and Delilah , Jesus , Hercules , And a lot of great worriers had long hair . Are the less manly ? Funny how she sat there unable to respond .

FallenRisingAngel i believe womem in general should not tell men what is manly, they have no clue BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT MEN!!! just like a man cannot tell a woman what is feminine, its egomaniacal on an unbelievable level.

honestly my boyfriend has collarbone length hair and I've always had a thing for men with long hair even though my mom would shame me for it and say that long hair looks bad on men and it's only for women. but now my boyfriend said he'd even be down for hip length hair and I couldn't believe it!!! I think a lot of women actually like long hair but we are simply raised to like short.

let your African hair grow. Our hair is unique and beautiful.When i dont cut my hair i literally feel more confident and stronger. In America we are told to cut our hair because it is "uncouth". No it i simply different than the mainstream or white society therefore we are told to cut it or style it like theirs because it is different. Our hair is a threat to them, growing your hair shows confidence in who you are and where you come from and great pride.

What about body hair like hair on the legs and other areas? What about if a woman has a mustache or a unibrow like Frida Kahlo do you think women should be forced to shave and cut hair short because woman are forced to look pretty proper and hairless i hate societies unjust standards for woman.

I was always more hairy than most girls and even made fun off ralph I can't even be myself and let body grow and feel naturally I feel better and more energized when I have longer body hair and when I wear comfortable loose clothes I hate that my society forces woman to be something they're not I just want to do what I want to my own body live the way I want to and not be forced or judged to do or be anything. Woman don't haft to be supermodels they have the right to themselves and in control of their own bodies and lives.

I am so with you on this! My brother, a military history buff, told me that the ancient Romans began cutting their hair in preparation for WAR; that short hair gave enemies nothing to grab in hand to hand combat, & that this practice set the standard that continues to this day: short hair is for waging war -- on Wall St. and in the armies of the world. In the 60s men began growing their hair long during a time of major protest of WAR, although most probably didn't see the connection. I think everyone should grow their hair long: men & women of every ethnicity! It's so beautiful, put there for good reason, foremost to protect our bodies wherever it grows....

This is why you get goosebumps when you are receiving high frequency energy, such as when you hear your favorite part of a beautiful song, etc. It allows the hair on your body to stand on end, so that they function as better antennae. Longer is not necessarily better. Short antennas pick up higher frequencies better, longer ones pick up lower frequencies better. This is why keeping the hair to a particular length will make you feel great. Many people feel amazing right after a hair cut. The key is to get the hair cut that YOU are excited about getting, not what someone else wants you to get. The hair cut that you are excited about will be the one that works best for you in that moment.
@Frank_42

More likely a haircut makes you feel better because when hair is cut evenly and worn ends removed it lays better and doesn't get as tangled. You can run your fingers through it more easily. It also feels lighter, and you have the satisfaction of knowing you are now in fashion with the rest of the world.

Thank you for that information. For a few years I shaved my head and now I think I may grow it long again. The Sikh men never cut there hair and nor do a lot of Rastas. Also In Jesus Christs time men had long hair.. What Ralph says about no hair is good too, as thousands of Buddhists monks men and women have shaven heads! Blessings, love and peace to all.

And as my hair has been growing so have I :) in self love, slowly healing and getting stronger ... it's still short but now it has more movement and I can bounce it around and it inspires me to move and dance more :) I'm rocking out a lot more now with my hair this length... :) feels great! ✌️✨ I look forward to how it slowly feels and moves differently as it grows... and just go with my guy and intuition as far as what it needs and how to treat it :) cheers luv !

I feel less crazy watching this video, I recently cut my hair short (way shorter than intended by my sister) and I cried for 2 hours, the most I've EVER cried. It wasnt only about feeling pretty. It felt like a part of me had been lost and I was heartbroken. Growing back my hair is now an obsession of mine almost. I felt such a connection to my hair but people around me would claim that i was overdramatic and "it's just hair" but to me it wasn't.

I haven't cut my hair since my job ended a year ago and have been growing a beard since the following movember, only to sometimes trim it for comfort and even it out. I am also disabled so it gives me an opportunity to try doing something I wanted to do since I was younger. It definitely isn't something that will make you more popular at this point in history, especially when you are in your 40s. So far the main benefit and barrier is my own perception of how apart from others it makes me feel. When in public like at a pool, there might not be anyone else there that doesn't have a "professional" look about them. Even if no-one says a thing you may have your own memories of what you've heard others say to contend with. It's bad in that it can make you more reclusive if you already have introverted tendencies and good because it makes you confront all these impressions and how seriously you take them. So far I don't think I've had any unusual psychic premonitions, though if anything the noises in my apartment and other irritants seem to be bothering me less. I'm hoping eventually people will once again start questioning how far they have taken the idea that image is everything. If not then at least we can do this as individuals.

thanks for the video and i see that you are right. I had long hair once but people always tell me to cut it. since I am african my parents don't really like a lot of hair they always make me cut it. when i came to USA Igrew my hair then i cut it. when I had long hair i felt more alive more aware then when i cut it I felt like something was missing in my life my whole attitude and perception of the world and sending my to a coma. until this day i kinda struggle with energy outlashes, I can't control my energy and its affect on others no more and I don't feel that connection any more. I used to be able to feel human presence itself but now its involuntary. I have to learn how to remaster it and thanks to your videos I am returning to normal orbit instead of drifting out of consciousness. thanks you

I am a matchmaker, and 99% of my male clients want to meet a woman with long hair (at least not short) so interesting. They feel it is more feminine. Hair is a big deal! :-)

Wonderful talk. Just recently had a conversation about the relevance of hair and the importance of not altering the natural color and texture of hair. I plan on directing the Individuals I debated with to this video. Please continue to share your subjective reality and your enlightening revelations. Be well.

You right infinite Waters (Diving Deep) our hair is our strength, health, beauty. I love my wool its texture, color and how it grows. I only use the best natural products, herbs, oil on my wool. My hands are the only one that goes into my wool and I make sure that I message and talk to my hair all the time. Eat well, message and groom your hair gently. Only use the best on your hair and make sure that you only allow good and positive energy and hands in your hair all the time. Thanks for sharing and being honest about your hair journey as a man!

As an African American male as young as I can remember I loved my afro hair with all it's kinks, so much that I used to cry when I had to get a haircut lol. As a 90's child I didn't understand why I "had to". I'm much older now and love to wear an afro. All other hair types are beautiful as well. Continue sharing this type of awareness, Much Love!
