Agreed, yet the cornerstone of ALL healings is ‘belief’. True belief is energetic, thus energy is also a factor. Kriya is ‘a’ way to get there. Wim Hof method is another. …there are others. Always have belief in the Universal Creator, however. We must believe in that power and believe that it is within us. Blessings!
