This is fantastic advice. Thank you. I've been looking for good videos on this stuff and some of the stuff I've found is... not super helpful. Some of them suggest phrases that sound robotic, like they're verbatim straight from a pamphlet. I sometimes struggle with casual phrasing for certain things, so videos like this are gold for me.
