This is from Satan to discourage you from giving and to demotivate you for next time. However, the fact that you have overcome Satan means that you have succeeded and will be rewarded.

Yes, of course giving for medicine.It will be considered a charity, you don't have to pronounce the intention. It is just in your heart, but if you wish to pronounce it, no problems
