So so so inspiring. Never knew these details about Rammal and im so happy and impressed that she came out of it all much stronger. Having personally seen with a loved one what narcissistic abuse does to a normal person, this podcast is so so close to my heart. I m super glad with the resilience Rammal has shown and hopeful that she will be an example to so many women out there who are just waiting for a sign to break the cage of abuse and suppression. Love Rammal for sharing her story ❤️❤️❤️

Why working women parents are so desperate to get girls get married , especially outside the country. There are support groups for domestic violence. Usually people who are narcissistic, they start showing sign the first day. It is very important for women when they start working to buy their own place atleast 1 bedroom place. And when get married , rent that place. So in this kind of situation, she can go back to her own place .it is so unfortunate that young women of pakistan still going through these kind of traumas. For all women -take self development classes before marriage-check the family and the person for atleast 2-3 years before getting married. If a person or family is too controlling then immediately stop the relationship. And move on with your life. Have higher goals for your life . Dont worry about other people. Travel alone. There are 1 billion muslim around the world. It is very hard to find good muslim men in pakistan who will let spouses pursue their goals. Hazrat khadija peace be upon her was a businesswoman, she proposed prophet Muhammad pbuh by herself . She married 3 times. Watch also Oprah for self development
