I enjoyed this podcast so much! Thank you to you both! Especially talking about the hijab and the struggles that come with it. I know manal mentioned that maybe the hijab would have been easier if she wasn’t on social media, but as someone who isn’t a social media influencer, I feel that there are other challenges. The hijab will always come with challenges. May Allah SWT make it easy for us all and reward us for the struggles we face Ameen💛

Really enjoyed the podcast ❤ Thank you humna for arranging this and Manal for sharing her journey. No doubt hijab elevates your respect in front of everyone. Currently living in Europe this belief of mine has elevated a 1000 times. Unfortunately that respect was missing in Pakistan. I totally agree that hijab is your representation wherever you go and there is nothing more satisfying than this feeling. ❤❤

This podcast was so impactful and informative. Learnt so much as I myself contemplate a lot about taking hijab. But this was so insightful. Manal is so beautiful and I always look up to her for so many things. Hamna you too highlighted the most beautiful things about Islam. Thanks for this amazing potcast! ❤

Dear Hamna, I have been following you since a year or 2 and it's always been really refreshing listening to you. But this time it was exceptional. The way you and your guest Manal portrayed the concepts of hijab and overall message of Islamic values for women was so on point. I am so glad to see you grow and I pray that may Allah bless you always for this masterpiece that you put forward ma sha Allah. Regards. ❤

I feel like in Pakistan or brown households, instead of making you fall in love with hijab by telling you its benefits and reward, they make you feel bad like telling you how you're sinning and you'd be hung by hair. And whoever does start, everyone gets judgemental. So it makes it so difficult to start because you feel so obliged of fullifing this duty to protray perfect Muslim.

Watched half of this only because of Hamna. Hamna is sucha sweetheart and very honest. The guest sounds very immature and she herself sounded *a certain way* when she said her friends were jealous of her 😂 and then said purpose of going to the Uni is to earn.

One of the best episodes from this season.♥️🫰🏻 Also you may think of the podcast as small but its not because it has a huge impact, i have been following all the episodes religiously and everyone of them had something impactful. Through your podcast i have learnt new things and realised that we all have similar issues to deal with on basic ground level. From aging parents to dealing with painful hard changes, if you think about it we are all on the same boat. Thanks for these Humna- you deserve the break but please be back soon :’) ♥️

The way pakistan condition and environment is every woman should cover for her safety. Women dont have to cover there in makeup to look good. A woman need to have higher education and have a profession. Also, it is harder to hijab in muslim countries because of cultural values and hindustani values. Hijab should start 12 years of age. Don’t listen to people. Just do your own research and listen to yourself.
@rumeysafarhan4788 ай бұрын
absolutely loved how you associated women empowerment with Hijab. It is a much needed line to hear/read in this era. 10:38 I feel like a lot of friends just liked repelled which good. You kinda 'filter'. As you succeed, it's kind of gets filtered but the good ones stayed & supportive ones are still here with me. (I'm relating myself to this 'friends filter' thing so much) 16:00 "the engagement and community feeling & like the connection that's what I feel is the most important. " 17:10 I believe in value driven content. I believe in authenticity. (beautiful❤) 49:47 صلی ﷲ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ♥️ 56:54 may Allaah make Hijab Journey easiest for you Humna. 🤍🤍🤍🤍
