Amen. It's good to see and hear you again Rabbi. B'esrat Hashem, every single Jewish male in the world (over 13) will put on tefillin. Shabbat Shalom.

Shalom Aleichem, I heard from an Orthodox Rabbi (Avrohom Rapoport) That a Woman is allowed but not obligated to wear Tefillin, And I've heard from a few other Orthodox Rabbis that if a Woman is Righteous and fulfills all her Mitzvot, She is allow to take upon herself more Mitzvot like Tefillin and Tzitzitot. But I've heard from most Orthodox Rabbis that women are completely forbidden and if she wears Tefillin or Tzitzit, Then She is committing a sin because she is exempt from keeping time based Mitzvot. And because they see it as crossdressing and or trying to appear righteous to people instead of service to Hashem. They bring up Devarim 22:5. But how is it that they translate Devarim 6 as speaking to the sons only but Vayikra 11 is speaking to sons and daughters? Isn't the same word בֵּן being used? So is there anytime where it is allowed for Women to wear Tefillin and Tzitzit? In order to connect more to Hashem and not trying to be seen or noticed.
