Sadie, please don't be scared. The Word tells us, "fear not" over and over again. He also said, "only believe". I am praying for you, that you will turn your fear into faith. I was diagnosed a few months ago with colorectal cancer. I have cried from the pain, but not from the diagnosis. The moment I heard that "C" word, I made the choice to put my life in His hands, whether on earth or in heaven. I have not pleaded for life, but I have made these words my daily, sometimes hourly, decree..."I will live and not die and will proclaim the glory of the Lord in the land of the living." Every time the enemy tries to put fear in my mind, my spirit, I say those words aloud. Sometimes it takes saying them several times a day, because that old serpent keeps trying to shake my faith. Sometimes it only takes that first time. Just remember that God has a plan for each and every one of us and that His plans are always for our good. Always! He loves His children. So why did He allow the cancer in the first place? For me, it was because I was always told how weak I was. Through this ordeal, I have learned that I have an inner strength that He placed in me. Also, I had begun to believe that the world was full of more evil people than good. I learned just how many true believers there were in my vicinity, with total strangers walking up and asking if they could pray for me! It has lifted my spirits, increased my faith and has even helped me to be a leaning-post for others. So, what the enemy meant for my harm, God turned into a great blessing. Just trust and believe, Sadie-girl! He loves you and knows you inside-out and outside-in; He’s going to bless you, sweetie.

Jesus beautifully and wonderfully saved me 50 years ago. I thought I was a Christian all my life. My blind eyes have been opened at 70 that I denied Him Lordship many times.
