I so agree with pastor Raul since Oct 11 of this year the lord took me away from tv I didn't really understand but the lord delivered me from 46 years of abusive use of psch and pain meds since 6 years ago I haven't use laxatives for anorexia which is the use of over eating and getting rid of it bt alot of use of laxatives for 41 years I couldn't have a b/m till 5 months ago the lord waited patiently for him inspite of the torture I did to my body now that he redeemed from that life I now am reaping and sowing by abusive and terrible things I did to my body oh since age 20 years old I went into park side west psch hospital every 2 years for close 40 years and my 4 kids had their mom leaving them all the time which my husband was doing meth so my poor kids had a deserted mother and a math user of a dad yes for along time I had wondered why they had to leave me but now the grace of God I have seen them appreciate me but I know I still need to prove to them a new mother w/o the overly abusive over medicated mother but if I am faithful to my lord and prayer he is giving me back my kids because of the lords mercy and kindness to me so that is how good my lord has been and more blessings daily for me onspite of my anger my anger I have to constantly work in me I hate when I get angry cause his h/s convicts me instantly I cause of my anger my lord takes away sleep from me but it's my fault cause I give into my flesh but what hurts me the most is the sadness I put my lord to and that my sisters and brothers in the lord is the worst emotion for me my heart cries and aches cause I know I grieve my lord it's almost unbearable but my lord is and always forgiving and patient with me but most what I need to share is spending time the min. After you rise up in the am go pee and wash up and give a couple of hrs to the lord only whatever is available to u with me since I don't sleep I choose now to give to me all of me all I have and all I do and most all I suffer why cause he died a very torturous death with nails in his feet and palms and worst a crown of thorns which to me most tortuous and horrendous pain that our lord did for me and u that's Iwhy if I suffer it doesn't come close to what he did and would do again for us and that's just a bit of what he did and continues to do in my life so if my lord except me and he says he will never abandon me even when I give into my flesh and saddens his heart so I sorry that I get carried away with words but needed to share what he has redeemed me from and most patience he had for 46 12yeara of my si called serving him in my own way but really loved ones I was serving flesh and now I give for my past sins and life I gave my kids but like I said the lord said he will give me back my kids and now I see the lord do so many miracles for me daily to show me that my kids are coming back to me and showing love for me so the lord is blessing my socks off praise ans honor and most holy to my lord the one most precious song is holy forever by chris tomlin whom I love so much cause my deserves for me to say how holy holy he is one day we will sing that wonderful song to him with all angels and the wonderful disciples I can't wait to meet Paul cause he has blessed with the most his life his trials his imprisonment and beatings he injured with gladness in suffering for the lord need to stop cause I don't know how much you all will be able to read God bless u all love and blessings from a grateful child of the king Mary 💖 💗

Sorry guys I was only going to response about the mind the mind is so powerful I did have to for 5 months listen to praise music cause my brain was constantly harassing me with mind overassivive thoughts of which I couldn't seem to handle so I had to put in songs and praises of different artist who sang songs dealing with my thoughts like lauren daigle her songs of rescue he will find us in the deepest darkness and trust in u, y say I think and I more I believe yes I believe please listen to I believe it ministers a out what we feel about ourselves when we don't feel live he loves us when he's strong when we feel weak yes weak when I am weak his word says he is strong but most I had to listen to his songs from say 6am till 6am the next am . Sorry guys that all I need to say about the mind I get distracted alot
