If you are a man and woman of God who is walking in unbelief in the Son of God, you are walking in deception. However, if you are not a man and woman of God who doesn't believe in the Son of God then you are walking in condemnation. For example, James 1:22 says: But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. Well, what is it to be a doer of the word? John 6:29 says: Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.” In other words, believing in Jesus Christ who is the Son of God is doing the word and the work of God. On the other hand, John 3:18 says: He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Hope you see the difference between a believer and an unbeliever. For the believer walks in deception the moment he/she lacks belief and the unbeliever will always walk in condemnation before the Lord. Now how can a man and woman lead their nation, the church and or their families if they are blind because condemnation and deception is sign that they are blind spiritually. Matthew 15:14 says: Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch. Whether it is your president or prime minister, or Pastor, or Parents. Jesus Christ said if they are blind they cannot lead. So the question is how would you know when you man and woman is walking in belief towards God. Well Luke 6:45 says: A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks. Yes, for your mouth is connected to your heart and your heart is connected to your mouth. In other words, Study what comes out of your mouth and you will know how to correct your heart. In other words, measure yourself or your heart or your relationship with Jesus Christ by what comes out of your mouth instead of what you see in your performances. Why? 2Corinthians 5:7 says: For we walk by faith, not by sight. Now faith is supernatural sight and whenever you speak the word of faith to yourself but your performance is not to your liking, don't worry because you don't walk by natural sight but supernatural sight. In other words, your identity is based upon what God says about you even if your performance doesn't measure up now because your performance will measure up later if you continue to speak to the word of faith into your heart.
